Plannook will accept items, for return or exchange, that are in new-never worn condition, unaltered and free from damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, Plannook must receive your item within 35 days from receipt of original order.
Items must be returned in their original clothes bag.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
All returns/exchanges should be shipped via traceable mail in a secure mailing package to the following address.

Email a copy of your shipping receipt to plannookbyangela@gmail.com with tracing number and you will receive a full refund including your shipping costs once item is received and evaluated by a Plannook employee.
